Welcome to ONE HUNDRED AND TWO years of education

in Midland!!!

We look forward to an outstanding year in 2011-2012!

South Elementary was established as one of the first schools in the 'City of Presidents' and

continues to proudly serve the south-side community and all students who enter its doors.

Our first and most important goal is the care and education of our students. Our entire staff is dedicated

to the district goal of 'the pursuit of excellence' in this most precious commodity.

We are proud of our students and their accomplishments and we welcome all community members to visit

and see our South Eagles pursue greatness each and every day.

Parents, please note that we are a uniform campus and we have added GREEN to the accepted colors of polo shirts!

Our other uniform colors are navy blue, white and yellow for polo shirts and navy blue and khaki for uniform pants/shorts/jumpers.
